Engagement of BLK SWN Inc.
Avanti is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with BLK SWN Inc. of Christ Church, Barbados to provide digital advertising and marketing services to the Company. BLK SWN Inc. has been engaged for US$250,000 for their services and has not been granted any shares by Avanti as compensation. The services will be provided for a period of 3 months. To the knowledge of Avanti, BLK SWN Inc. nor its principles do not own any securities of Avanti.
Stock options
The Company has granted 150,000 stock options to certain directors and officers of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $2.45, have a term of five years and may be subject to certain vesting provisions as determined by the board of directors.
